I review steps you take once it gets on the market, what you need to do to stage the home, how the home should look when people come by (it has to be showroom ready).
I conduct a market analysis with homes that are comparable within a half mile radius and has sold, pending or active, within the market in the last 90 days. Then I will let you know what the market is saying you can sell the house for. However, you can tell me whatever price you want. I will be telling you this is what the market is saying.
It's best for you not to be there when the home is being shown because potential buyers will be uncomfortable with you there. They're not able to talk freely.
Your home will be kept secure. We have a supra lockbox that is put on the home and it will notify me when someone opens up the box. It will give their name, cell phone number, and real estate ID number.
